Reservations can be made online 24/7 through our secure booking system. A one-night deposit is required when booking. Cabin stays require a two-night minimum year-round, while our suites allow one-night stays except during holidays and special events.

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early arrivals may be possible if your cabin is ready. For late arrivals, call ahead and we’ll arrange an easy, contactless check-in.

Our cabins and suites are not pet friendly, which keeps the property comfortable for guests with allergies. Service animals are always welcome; please call for details. Each cabin and suite is designed for two guests, so bringing children is not encouraged.

Yes, when you are staying with us. Sarah is a registered Arkansas officiant, so she can perform your ceremony on the property and sign your license. Book one of our nine cabins or suites, then add the ceremony to your reservation: $75 for the ceremony, or $175 for the elopement package with a wedding cake, flowers and two Eureka Sunset mugs. Both are add-ons to a cabin stay rather than standalone services.

Not treehouses, but close in spirit. Our cabins perch on a wooded hillside with back decks extending 15 to 20 feet above the forest floor, which gives you a treetop view from your own railing. We sit on six wooded acres at the edge of Eureka Springs, quiet and private, yet minutes from downtown. Trolley service, cabs and Ubers are all available.

There are no electric charging stations at Eureka Sunset. There are several nearby, 103 No. Main, 177 So. Main, and 56 and 60 Hillside Avenue. Using an extension cord to slow charge at Eureka Sunset must be approved by management.

Two. Every cabin and suite has a single bed and is designed for two guests. No bunk rooms, no sleeper sofas, no rollaways and no connecting doors, which is exactly why the property stays as quiet as it does.

One unit has no step at all: the Duck Inn Suite. You walk in on the level, and it is also the only unit here with a separate living room. Our six cabins each have two single steps up from parking that sits right in front of your own door, which is two steps rather than a staircase. Buffalo Roam is on the ground floor with one step. The one exception is Knotty Hawg, which is upstairs, and that climb is exactly how it gets the highest view on the property. The parking areas are gravel. If there is a specific measurement you need, call us and we will go measure it for you.

Yes, and parking is free for all guests, right in front of your own door. Please let us know in advance if you will bring a trailer or a motorcycle. We are Stop 117 on the city trolley line, and local cabs and Ubers are available, so most guests park once when they arrive and ride in from there.

XNA, Northwest Arkansas National Airport in Bentonville, is about 50 miles away, roughly an hour and 20 minutes by car. Fuzzie's Cab offers pickup and drop-off; call 479-253-6699 in advance to arrange it.

Hart’s Grocery is about three miles away and can deliver with advance notice. Grocery stores in Arkansas do not sell liquor, but there are liquor stores nearby. We are happy to reserve tables where you need one and can arrange attraction tickets before you arrive.

Bentonville and Fayetteville are each a little over an hour away by car, and Branson is about 70 minutes.
