Six Freestanding Cabins and One Suite Building
Eureka Sunset sits on six wooded acres inside the Eureka Springs city limits. Six freestanding cabins and one building of three suites spread out among the oaks, with parking right at every door. The cabins share no walls with anyone.
Downtown is two miles away, about five minutes by car, and the trolley stops at the property.
Everything Worth Doing Is Ten Minutes Away
You are two miles from a downtown that looks like it was carved into the hillside, because it was. Victorian storefronts stacked on switchbacks, hidden staircases, and natural springs tucked into stone alcoves.
Park at the cabin and ride the trolley in. Eat wood-fired at Grotto, or pizza upstairs at Chelsea's with live music underneath. Walk through Thorncrown Chapel, which is 48 feet of glass in the middle of the woods and worth the trip on its own. Take the ghost tour at the 1886 Crescent Hotel if you like that sort of thing, and take it anyway if you do not.
Then come back to a deck where the only sound is the forest.
What Comes With Every Stay

Not "near the trolley route." An actual numbered stop, and Sarah sells the passes at the front desk. Park once when you arrive and do not touch the car again until you leave.
You Will Actually Sleep
The six cabins stand on their own, with no shared walls. The three suites have a building to themselves.
A Jetted Tub in Your Room
Not shared, not reserved. Yours, inside your room, deep enough to actually soak in. Every cabin also has a dual-headed shower big enough for two.
Nine Units. One Bed Each.
No bunk rooms, no sleeper sofas, no connecting doors. Every one built for exactly two people. Five have a full kitchen with a real stove and oven, and the other four have a kitchenette.

Flip a switch. No hauling wood, no smoke, no waiting for it to catch.
Fast Wi-Fi You Are Free to Ignore
High-speed internet and a smart TV in every unit, for whichever of you has to check in with work. The other one gets the deck.

The Best Time to Visit Eureka Springs Depends on What You Want
There is no bad month in the Ozarks, only different ones. Here is what each season actually looks like from a deck at Eureka Sunset.
Spring, March to May
Dogwoods everywhere, the May Festival of the Arts downtown, and trails at their greenest. The best weather of the year, and not yet the biggest crowds.
Summer, June to August
Beaver Lake, float trips, free music in Basin Spring Park, and long evenings on the deck. The six wooded acres stay noticeably cooler than town.
Fall, September to November
The Ozarks turn. October weekends are the first dates to go, the last two especially, so book early for leaf season.
Winter, December to February
Fireplaces lit, downtown in Christmas lights, and the quietest the property gets all year. Highs around 48 and lows around 27, which is exactly cold enough to justify staying in.
