Rates and Deposits
Our “Cabin” rates begin at $179 plus tax per night for a 2 person occupancy year-round and our Suite rates are $149 plus tax per night year-round for a 2 person occupancy. Refunds do not apply to early departures.
We do require the first-night deposit paid at the time of booking. For more details see “Policies”
Reservations
You can book online (24/7) by clicking on the “Book Now” buttons throughout the site, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours (if you do not receive an e-mail, your reservation was not completed). You can also call us to make your reservation. Our office hours vary – if you miss us, feel free to leave a message at 1-479-253-9565. We will return your call as quickly as possible.
Minimum Stay: A two-night stay is always required. A longer minimum stay may be required on Holidays or Special Event Weekends.
Check-in and Check Out
Check-in begins at 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am.
If you arrive in Eureka earlier than 3 pm just give us a call. If your room is ready we don’t mind an early check-in. Please call first at 1-479-253-9565. If arriving later than 5 pm please call to make contact-less check-in arrangements.
Cancellations: We have a 14-day cancellation policy. For more details see Our Policies.
Children and Pets
Our “Cabins” and “Suites” sleep two comfortably. Bringing children is not encouraged.
We do not accept pets.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our “Cabins” or “Suites”, however, we do provide a smoking area with each Cabin and Room on each deck overlooking the woods. For more details see Our Policies.
Do you have fireplaces?
Yes, all of our cabins have beautiful natural gas fireplaces. No need to bring firewood! They are seasonal – October 1st thru May 1st.
Are you a treehouse?
We are not a treehouse. We are built on a hillside situated on 6 wooded acres right inside the city limits of Eureka Springs. The back decks extend over the hillside ranging from 15 to 20 feet high overlooking the woods.
Are you remote or secluded?
We are located at the edge of the City Limits of Eureka Springs. Our back decks are built for privacy and overlook the woods. We have the best of both worlds… convenience of town and but overlooking the trees and forest below.
If I am bringing a motorcycle or trailer, is there a place to park?
Yes, but please let us know you are bringing a trailer to park. Parking is always free.
Do you have WIFI?
Yes, we have state-of-the-art high-speed internet along with smart TVs.

Are you open all year?
Yes we are!
How far are you from hiking?
We are half a mile from the Black Bass trail and 2 miles from Lake Leatherwood.
How close are you to a restaurant?
2 blocks (Cottage Inn).
How far are you from a grocery store?
3 miles (Harts Grocery).
What is provided in the full kitchens of the Cabins?
Besides the full-size refrigerator, microwave, and stove we also provide dishes, silverware, pans, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, mixer, baking sheets, measure cups/spoons, mixing bowls, grill utensils, cutting board, coffee pot, coffee bean grinder, coffee pot filters, toaster, dish soap, even gourmet coffee beans! We also provide some laundry soap as we have washers and dryers in the Cabins only.
What is provided in the kitchen stations of each Suite?
Besides a small refrigerator and microwave we also provide dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, wine opener, coffee pot, coffee grinder, gourmet coffee beans, coffee filters, toaster and dish soap we even supply microwave popcorn!
Do you have a massage spa on premise?
No, but there are several licensed massage therapist in town. We can also arrange appointments at a day spa for you, please call the office for more details.
